April Updates at Ultimarii: Spring Forward with New Features

As spring blossoms around us, Ultimarii is blooming with exciting updates designed to make your software experience even more seamless. This month brings important regulatory rule changes, quality-of-life improvements like workspace invites and one-click copy functionality, plus our headline feature—full World Wide Web integration that opens up endless new possibilities for your projects.

What's New at Ultimarii?

Workspaces: Smooth operations

Organizations change and so your Workspaces will need to as well.  We’ve added to new capabilities to help you keep up with the pace of change:

1. When deleting a user from your environment, Administrators now have the ability to select any user to inherit all documents and Private Libraries owned by the deleted user

2. When inviting a new user, Administrators can select Workspaces for the user to be added to upon acceptance of their invitation giving the user instant access to shared resources

One click copy

A thousand words are captured in a single click when you take a photo, just like with our new copy button found in all prompts and responses.  In order to capture your full response or prompt, just look to the bottom right corner and with a single click you’ll be ready to paste the response or prompt wherever you need it.  

Ultimarii invites the world wide web

While refining the scope to which a Large Language Model (LLM) refers to can drastically improve responses by ensuring accuracy and reducing the risk of hallucinations - we understand there are moments when the vast data available in the internet can add a lot of value to what’s stored in Ultimarii.  

This is why we’re so excited to introduce the Web to our Ultimarii users!  When using our Web tool your responses will be returned with answers combining the information that is housed in Ultimarii with the most relevant information from the internet.  

At the bottom of the Prompt text box, simply click Web to turn it on before you send your prompt.  With the feature enabled, once you send your prompt, responses will be returned combining information from your scope with the internet and include a list of the Web Sources referenced in the response.

Notable Regulatory Changes we Saw in March 2025

• The AER updated their rules on Well Drilling and Completion Data, with new versions of Directive 059, and Manual 027.

• AUC Updated their Rules of Practice (Rule 001) for the first time in four years

• The IAAC has released a new FAQ

• The OEB released a decision on cost of capital parameter updates, new transmission system code, retail settlement code, and standard supply service code for electricity distributors 

• The monthly update to BCER’s O&G Activity Applications Manual is in your Ultimarii library as well
