January 2025 Updates

Updated: 3 days ago

New year, new us!

We're excited to welcome 2025 and share all the new updates we’ve been working on. Over the past quarter, our team has been busy introducing new product features, expanding our public library collections, and updating 35 of the existing collections. We're looking forward to everything this year has in store!

New Public Libraries

We’ve added the following collections to our available libraries. If you’d like access to any of these, please contact support@ultimarii.com.

  • Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission

  • Alberta Environmental Appeals Board

  • BC Environmental Appeals Board

  • BC Energy Resource Appeal Tribunal

Updated Public Libraries

We update our public library collections monthly with new projects and changes to regulator rule sets. Here’s a few of the highlights of what’s changed in the second half of 2024:

Product

  • Help Centre - NEW: Ask questions to this private library to learn how to use Ultimarii, improve your prompting, or more effectively search for documents in large data sets. Whether you’re a first-time user or a seasoned pro, the Help Centre is the fastest way for you to learn how to get the most out of Ultimarii.

  • SPEAKING OF Document search….

    • When you’re in the document section, you now search across all documents instead of just the ones you see.

    • Using prompts like “Show me documents about…” or “Provide a list of documents on…” will display a document reference list instead of a generated text response. This can be especially useful for research or working with large datasets, as it helps you quickly find relevant documents and focus on your topic without unrelated distractions.

  • In general, you’re going to notice a cleaner experience. We’re making better use of the space on your screen so you can see what you need, easily find what you need, and all around do what needs to be done more efficiently!

  • Get deeper insight on the data referenced to compose Ultimarii’s response.  We’re now showing you the Relevance and Score of what has been referenced.  In short, the higher the number the better the match. Relevance is showing you how well a document matched your prompt and the Score is going to tell you how relevant the referenced page is.

Happy New Year!
