What's New at Ultimarii?
Workspaces Are Live & 4o is in Production!
We're thrilled to announce that our Workspaces feature is officially live! This new functionality allows for a more streamlined, customized experience for our users, helping you organize your projects with ease. Also, the GPT 4o model is now in production, marking a huge milestone for us. This model is best for deep analysis and synthesizing complex information. We’re really excited about this, as it’s going to unlock new possibilities for you to explore.
Reasoning Models Are Coming Soon
We’re getting ready to launch the much-anticipated reasoning models, which we believe will transform how professionals work with complex information.These models are especially beneficial for industries like regulatory compliance, legal research, and scientific analysis, where the ability to quickly analyze vast amounts of data, make informed decisions, and generate detailed reports is critical. Whether you’re navigating intricate regulations, drafting legal documents, or conducting research, our reasoning models will help you streamline processes and uncover insights faster than ever before. The GPT o3 mini reasoning model is currently in our staging environment and is set to launch in your workspace later this March.
Bulk Uploads: More Documents, Less Waiting
We know, when you have multiple documents you want to interrogate fast, picking one at a time and waiting for it to upload before you select the next is tedious. That’s why we’ve been working hard on bulk uploads! Soon you’ll have the ability to upload up to 10 documents at a time. We’ll keep you posted when it’s available in the application.
Our team is hard at work on a handful of additional new features we’re excited to get in your hands. But as with Rome, they weren’t able to be built in a day. We’ll be updating you shortly with more details on what we have in store for you… stay tuned!
International Trade Module Beta: Tariffs & Beyond
With international trade dominating the conversation, we’re staying ahead of the curve by launching our new International Trade Module Beta. This new workspace is packed with resources to help you navigate this complex area, featuring content from CUSMA, the World Trade Organization, the Canada Free Trade Agreement, and more.

Regulatory Updates You Need to Know
We’re always keeping an eye on the latest regulatory changes, and we’ve compiled some of the most notable updates for February 2025:
The AER updated 11 different directives, and updated Manual 001 as well
The BCUC published updated Thermal Energy Systems Guidelines. This has been underway since 2023 and replaces the s has been in the works for a few years, replacing the version originally issued in 2015.
BCER has updated the Oil and Gas Activity Ops Manual. They’ve also published new guidance on Seismicity activity, and launched a new General Environmental Management Plan Guideline.
